Cause to Paws is a specialty dog and cat and people boutique located in the Coolidge Corner area of Brookline , MA – a stones throw from Boston – where you and your pet can come to find a collection of unique pet and pet related products.
You are not alone in your passion for pets and we hope to help satisfy you and your pets needs.
Cause to Paws opened the doors on August 2, 2005 by Terry Meyers, a long time resident of Brookline and evolved out of her love and passion for her dog Kanji – a gift from a friend who thought she needed something more in her life - and she was right. Terry , her “love child” Kanji, (part Cockapoo, part Shitzu) have been joined in business by her sister EG and her dog Decia, a Lhasa Apso. This is a true family business – come and become part of our family.

Even if you are not a dog or cat enthusiast you probably have friends who are. People’s pets are a part of the family. Stuck for what to get them? Now you have another option. We carry a wide variety of unique cat, dog and people items. We have tried hard to make our collection differnt and carry many things you won’t be able to find in the aisles of your local pet store.

Mission Statement:
Cause to Paws, LLC is intended to be a unique boutique that caters to all dogs and cats and the pet passionate people that love them. We are determined to create a customer oriented and fun destination store where pets (and people) are welcomed. We will strive to get to know you and your pet and the products you want.
Our goal is to become a part of the local community as well as the bigger pet community worldwide. So spread the word and email a link to this site to a friend or family member.
Causes:
Recent donations in the form of products, gift baskets for Silent Auctions, cash donations and gift certificates have been made to the following organizations.
There is no shortage of pets in need and I look forward to the day when all are treated with the love and respect they deserve. In the meantime we all need to help and that is what I intend to do with your help. Cause to Paws will donate a portion of the profits to animal related causes. We will post our partners information and the stories behind the causes we support.

- Beanie Baby Sale - 20% of all sales of Beanie Babies and Buddies will go to the Animal Rescue League of Boston, MA
- Donations of your old collars, leashes and towels will be accepted to help out local animal shelters
